Mrs. Crumble is based in Kolkata. Ask us to confirm delivery availability for your area, the available time window and any delivery charge before ordering.

Can I request a custom cake or gift?

Yes. Custom cakes and tailored orders are handled manually for now. We’ll discuss your request, share a quotation and timeline, and wait for your approval before confirming the order.

How do I ask about ingredients or allergens?

Contact us with the item you’re considering before ordering. We’ll help confirm the available ingredient information for that bake.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change or cancellation can be made depends on the order and how far preparation has progressed.

Share the occasion, preferred flavours, servings, design references and date you have in mind. We’ll confirm what is possible, provide a quotation and proposed timeline, and ask you to approve those details before we proceed.

A custom order is confirmed only after the agreed details and quotation have been approved directly with Mrs. Crumble.

Delivery information

Delivery areas, available dates and time windows are confirmed individually before an order is accepted. Any delivery fee will also be shared with you in advance.

Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number, and make sure someone can receive the order. If there is a delivery issue, contact us promptly so we can help.

Plans can change

Cancellations & changes

Contact us as soon as you know you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll check its preparation status and confirm what options are available. Custom and made-to-order items may have less flexibility once preparation has started.

If a payment refund is agreed, we’ll confirm the amount and processing method with you. Any payment-provider processing time is outside the bakery’s control.

Returns & refunds

Because baked goods are perishable, they cannot be handled like ordinary non-food merchandise. If your order is incorrect, arrives damaged, or you have a quality concern, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos where relevant.

We’ll review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. If a refund is agreed, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible.

Privacy policy

We use information you choose to share—such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery details and order preferences—to respond to you and coordinate your order. We don’t sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by the selected payment provider; Mrs. Crumble does not need your card or UPI PIN. If you contact us through a third-party service such as Instagram or WhatsApp, that service’s own privacy terms also apply.

This preview does not currently provide customer accounts or online checkout. The policy should be updated to reflect the final services and data practices before launch.

Storage and best-before guidance can differ between bakes. Follow the instructions provided with your order, and ask us for item-specific guidance when ordering. If a product’s packaging includes storage directions, those directions take precedence.
